2. How do I review my order status?

Here are the stages of order status:
Processing: The order has been placed, but has not been produced.
In Production: The order is now being produced, so any changes can not be made
to this order.
Unpaid: The order has not yet been paid.
Sent: The order was produced and sent. Here you can use the tracking number to
track the order.
Completed: The order is completed.
Cancellation: The order has been cancelled. If you have any doubt to this,
please contact our customer service.
If you place the order as a guest and you you want to know your order status,
then you can contact our Customer Support with your order number. Our Customer

3. What is your return policy?
You can return your merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt. Returns must
be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels.
After we inspect your return merchandise, we will get you refunded.
Who covers the return shipping cost? When the items are confirmed to be arrived
at a damaged condition or confirmed to be the wrong item, we will sure to pay
the shipping cost. For all other cases, you should pay the shipping costs.
